TERM "Critical Date" Reporting Field

A single Filter Criteria and Grid Header that selects and displays the next most important TERM Date using the same formula as the Logic Based Milestone Rule.

  • Notify By Date will ALWAYS be the Critical Date if Present
  • Next Review Date will be for all Rolling Term Types
  • Next Renewal Date for all Recurring Contracts that still have Renewals left with no advanced notice required
  • End Date for all the Fixed Contracts and Recurring with a set End Time to the Renewals

As you can see in the screenshot above, this one Field will allow you to see all your Critical Upcoming Dates in one column, but of course, you can still include the specific Date Columns so you can see specifically which Date is the Critical one.

This will also help simplify running any "All Contracts with a Renewal/End/Notify By in the next X Days" Views, as you can now use this Criteria as a singular Filter, as opposed to having to have all four specific Dates, which could also have led to inconsistent data in the past.

Reports can still be run based off the specific Term Dates, but this will help for those times where you know the Dates you'll be getting back with your Report will be a mix of the main four.

To add the Critical Date column to any of your Contract Views, you can find it located under each different Type of Term, similar to how Start Date & Term Type are under each Type.

Fixes & Improvements

  • When using Document Sets, all Documents from the Attachment Grid will now properly link to the appropriate Doc Set Tile upon application to the Contract Type without the need for any manual updating by Users or Developers.
  • Document Categories can now be Re-Sorted and save properly, as well as the "Include in Total" checkbox selection being preserved (if in use).
  • An issue with saving larger Field Groups has been updated, and all sub-50 Field Field Groups will Save an work as expected.
