As a point of distinction and control over your security of your digital information, UCM has the option of purchasing the True View-Only user permission.
This User permission will allow System Admins to truly lock down all the documents and attachments uploaded to UCM by preventing either all Users, or only those the Admin selects, from downloading, printing, or copying the documents. Any documents that a User accesses who has this permission enabled will have the document opened up in a separate tab of their browser with limited document control.
