- For Admins this enhancement provides a new way to configure Stages within a Workflow Template – new layout and easier to use with additional options.
- For Admins/Users, a new option within Workflows which allows for multiple users to “Approve” a Stage (including their comments) before it auto-advances to the next Stage.
- This enhancement allows admins to add a new stage of their workflow specifically for a review or approval and records all the activity of that review.
- Reviews and Approval stages may be used to move a contract forward in it's workflow!
